Rick Williams

I have lived in Kelowna for 53 years and spent the majority of that time working at my family’s automotive shop, Williams Automotive on KLO and Benvoulin until taking it over as the owner in 1994. After being in the automotive business for over 47 years, I retired in 2017 and decided to get my real estate license mainly because I missed interacting with people which was the best part of owning a business.

 

I have gained a great deal of knowledge on how people want to be treated and what they expect when they put their trust in you and look forward to putting that same level of service into my career in real estate. I offer a lot of experience in buying, selling, and developing residential and commercial properties. I have built, owned, and leased commercial property while in the automotive business, and exhibit a great deal of knowledge in this field.

 

I have been married for 40 years and have two wonderful children who are also in the real estate industry.
