Olivia Latendresse

With roots in Tswwassen and the Sunshine Coast of BC, I moved to Kelowna in 2015. Upon pursuing my studies at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, I graduated in 2019 with an honours degree in Business Management. Since then, I have fallen in love with the Okanagan lifestyle, one of the reasons why I have since chosen to call Kelowna home.

Alongside my career in real estate, I am an avid ballet dancer. When not in the office, you’ll often find me at Mission Dance Company, where I teach and mentor younger dancers as well as performing in community events and professional productions with the Company.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, having several years of experience as owner/operator of the Mid Island Cafe, a local coffee shop on Savary Island, BC. I also have a background in business development, administration, and marketing. Through years of experience in these domains, I aim to bring my professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to the real estate industry and most importantly, always putting my client’s needs first.

From a young age, I have held a great interest in real estate and interior design. Now as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I can’t wait to see what this next chapter has to offer. Buying or selling a home is something that should be celebrated, and I believe my client's needs will always be my top priority, ensuring that they can take the time to enjoy this milestone while I stand next to them creating a seamless process, start to finish.
