A long time Kelowna resident, Nathan served proudly with the Canadian Armed Forces as an Armoured Solider before immersing himself in the real estate industry at 25 years old. His previous work experience taught him to be resourceful, reliable and very diligent, and he utilized these skills to co-found the Canada Flex Realty Group (Flex Realty) at the age of 28. Today, with his positive attitude and energetic personality, Nathan has grown Flex Realty as a leading residential brokerage with a growing team of agents and staff members serving clients from offices throughout multiple branches in British Columbia. Nathan recently received the 2024/2025 Broker of the Year Award, for the real estate board, in which he is a part of. Nathan also serves as Director for the Downtown Kelowna Association and loves helping his community, whether that be at the Kelowna Gospel Mission serving soup/sandwiches or giving blood at Canadian Blood Services. In his spare time, Nathan loves piloting through the Okanagan skies!

Stephanie began her real estate career in the prairies where she continually upgraded her industry knowledge through a full time real estate career coupled with accredited coursework and additional designations. She has successfully completed the CERTIFIED Negotiation Expert, Seniors' Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Commercial Professional and the Managing Broker Licensing courses as an avenue to expand her knowledge and pursue professional development.  Her leadership and desire to demonstrate exceptional results for her clients has poised her for a position to assist and support the agents at Canada Flex Realty Group as an Associate Broker. As of 2025, Stephanie is celebrating her 10 years in the real estate industry!

David loves everything about the Okanagan lifestyle from boating, snowboarding, and golfing, to visiting one of our many wineries. He moved here in 2012 and shares his life with wife Jessica, and 2 daughters. David has his designation as a Certified Financial Planner CFP and worked for 12 years in management as a financial advisor. His real estate career in the Okanagan has been exceptional, being a high producing agent for every year he worked in this industry. Today he is one of Flex Realty's top real estate agents and an associate broker for the brokerage as well.

Previously the Administration Manager for Flex Realty, Courtney currently cover's all of our social media platforms and is the first contact for the office, making sure everything runs smoothly here. She has worked in the real estate industry for over the last decade and has lived in Kelowna for over 20 years where she enjoys everything the Okanagan has to offer with her two young children.
