A long time Kelowna resident, Nathan served proudly with the Canadian Armed Forces as an
Armoured Solider before immersing himself in the real estate industry at 25 years old. His
previous work experience taught him to be resourceful, reliable and very diligent, and he utilized
these skills to co-found the Canada Flex Realty Group (Flex Realty) at the age of 28.
Today, with his positive attitude and energetic personality, Nathan has grown Flex Realty as a
leading residential brokerage with more than 50 agents and staff members serving clients from
offices throughout the Okanagan, Kamloops, Swift Current (SK), and Vermont
(USA). He has designed the company and mentored his team of professionals with a family
mentality to provide a new standard for real estate service.
As an extension of his service to his community, Nathan has served in various leadership and
volunteer roles with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Kelowna Gospel Mission. For
a portion of his 5 years volunteering with MADD, he served as Director, organized several
Sobriety Road Checks with the RCMP, and was appointed as the Project Red Ribbon
Chairman; a program aimed at providing awareness through the Holiday Season about the
effects of impaired driving. You can still find Nathan and his Flex Family volunteering in the
kitchen at the Kelowna Gospel Mission.
In addition to his local volunteering, Nathan expanded his humanitarian efforts over the last 4
years to Quintana Roo, Mexico assisting with renovations, construction, and maintenance of a
local church.
