Matt Lloyd

I believe I bring a background to real estate that ensures a level of trust, compassion, and caring truly unique to this industry. 

After growing up in Northern BC, I moved to Vancouver in 2003 where I spent 4 years completing my B.Sc degree in Pharmacy. I moved to Kamloops in 2011 with my wife Amie and infant daughter, then we later welcomed our son in 2013.

I have been practicing as a pharmacist since 2007 where I became an expert on pain management and addiction medicine, and is often consulted by physicians and practitioners on these topics. In 2018 I was selected as a committee member for the Western Canada Addictions Forum, one of the largest addiction medicine conferences in Canada. I was also selected as the only pharmacist member of the Kamloops Addictions Associates Group. 

Throughout my medical career I have had a strong interest in real estate and investment properties. In 2020 I decided to combine my interest in real estate with my passion to help people and become a licensed real estate agent. 

When I'm not finding you the perfect house or helping people with their medical needs, I am with my family enjoying everything Kamloops has to offer or road tripping around beautiful British Columbia. Other passions of mine include jiu-jitsu, dirt biking, mountain biking, running, cars and automotive repair. 

So whether it’s answering medical questions, fixing a hot rod, perfecting an arm-bar, or finding the perfect place to call your home, I am here to help!
