Jeremy Poettcker

Armstrong, BC is home for my wife and I, along with our two children. I’m proud to serve the North Okanagan and Shuswap area, and truly believe that you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to raise a family.  I love to explore this area with my family, and some of our favourite activities are camping, hiking, fishing, and paddling here. There’s always a new hidden gem to find. We love our community, and I’m honoured to help out and be involved in local minor hockey, our church, and contributing on parent committees at our children’s school.

Having owned and operated a couple different construction related businesses over the past 25 years, I’ve gained expertise in quality construction. I bring that knowledge and expertise, along with a passion for this area, into my real estate service.

I work hard to listen to, understand, and communicate my clients desires and needs. I believe the details matter. I’m not interested in “making a deal” just for the sake of “making a deal”.  I believe it’s far more important that my client trusts they are being effectively served, and their priorities are being met.
